Original or OEM OLED iPhone screens
Since the launch of the iPhone in 2007, Apple has constantly improved the quality of its displays. The latest iPhone models use OLED screens, which offer brighter colors, deeper blacks and better energy efficiency than older LCD screens. OLED screens are also used in high-end models such as the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro to offer higher refresh rates and higher resolutions.
Apple has also introduced innovative display technologies such as True Tone, which automatically adjusts the screen's white balance according to ambient lighting, and ProMotion, which enables a variable refresh rate of up to 120 Hz for a smoother, more responsive
scrolling experience
The iPhone IN-CELL display
TheIn-Cell display is a technology used in LCD screens that enables touch sensors to be integrated directly into the screen slab, rather than being placed on a separate layer above the screen. This makes screens thinner, lighter and more responsive to touch, as there are fewer layers between the user and the screen.In-Cell technology is often used in high-end smartphones, as it creates screens that are more immersive and pleasant to use. It is also seen as an improvement on external touch sensor displays, saving space and reducing manufacturing costs.
Colormax iPhone screens From the iphone X to the iphone 14
The ColorMax screen also features an extended color range, offering HDR compatibility for richer, more dynamic image quality. The ColorMax screen is a feature introduced with iPhone 12 iPhone X and XS iPhone 11,iPhone 13 , iphone 14 that enables more accurate and extended color reproduction than previous screens from . Unlike traditional OLED displays, which use a matrix of sub-pixels with red, green and blue LEDs to produce colors, the ColorMax display uses a matrix of red, green, blue and white sub-pixels. This configuration enables better color reproduction, including vivid colors and more realistic flesh tones
