Not perfect

I bought a screen normally sold with double-sided tape for installation. It wasn't in the package so I asked on the site. The response was just to order it, and why should I pay for an item that should have been in the package?

A bit disappointed

Despite correct delivery, I didn't understand the two separate packages!!! Plus I bought the tools to disassemble my device, none of the screwdrivers match??!! so obviously not happy, there you go.

Screen well received, conforms and fairly quickly. Except the screen was sold with a mounting kit and tape, the latter was not in the package. Despite sending an email to your service to claim the kit I still have no response thank you, but not happy at all with your service.
